    Typical objections timeline?

We had our 341 meeting on 10/16 just about 30 days after we filed Ch 7. No objections from the trustee or from anyone at this stage.

We're surrendering our home, and any other assets. The other assets are already gone, the house is just waiting on the foreclosure I presume. It's a no asset case. We're set to be done around 12/16. Nothing as of today on Pacer. No new debts in 9-10 months prior to filing aside of interest charges. Debts gradually built up over a fairly long period and I do not believe there were any substantial cash advances ever, nevermind recently. With such a long period of time of non use 9+ months would I expect objections?

I've heard it's usually 30-45 days, not sure if that was from filing or from the 341 meeting.
    Thanks

The time line is very straight forward, the creditors and trustee have until the first date set for your discharge in order to file an objection.

The discharge takes place exactly 60 days after the date set for your 341 meeting.

But I wouldn't worry about it...based on what you said, I doubt anyone has any grounds to file an objections. Objections are actually pretty rare.
