Are fee and cost discharable in Ch 7

I have a home mortage that there are substinal fees including legal fees owed to the mortgage company. Can I pay off the principle and interest owening and then discaharge the other soft costs in BK?

Not in a chapter 7. If you choose to reaffirm a debt in a chapter 7, and they allow you to keep it, you would be responsible for everything you owe.
