Does anyone know what the time frame is for being able to sell your home after a chapter 7 bankruptcy and being able to keep your proceeds? The equity in the house was exempt. We live in wisconsin.

I don't know the answer for certain, but there shouldn't be a time frame at all post discharge. A discharge means that all your property you had before the bankruptcy has been returned to you (technically speaking)
The minute you file BK, all your assets and liabilities become the "bankruptcy estate" and is administered by the BK trustee. The BK estate is a seperate legal entity. When you get your discharge, any assets remaining in the BK estate (which is usually most assets because of the exemptions) are returned you (again, technically speaking). So I don't think you have to wait any amount of time after your dischage.
However, I really don't know for sure.
