    Autodocket of Credit Card Receipt

While looking at "History" in Pacer, I see three items:

    1. Petition (filed 3/11/05)
    2. 341 Meeting (filed 3/11/05)
    3. Autodocket of Credit Card Receipt (filed 3/14/05)

Anybody know what "Autodocket of Credit Card Receipt" means?

    I haven't had my 341 meeting yet, it's scheduled for 5/5/05.

That's a new one to me. Do you have an attorney? If so, I would guess that your attorney filed your petition electronically and the credit card receipt is the receipt for payment of the filing fee...?

That may be how your Attorney paid the fees, etc...?

That is showing that the lawyer's credit card was charged for the fees.

I spoke with my attorney and you guys are right.

It turns out he used his credit card to pay the filing fee.

Here I was getting worried for nothing!
