    Splitting Hairs?

I was wondering if I am just making to much of this. I disputed with Experian on the wording of one of my accounts. The account read in the status area of the report "Petition for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy/Never Late". The account read zero balance. All of our other accounts read "Included in Bankruptcy" or "Discharged through Bankruptcy" zero balance. After I disputed the wording on the account through Experian to read like all of the others, it came back unchanged. All of the other credit reporting agencies list that account with the wording "Included in Bankruptcy". Should I just leave well enough alone at this point?

Actually, the "Never late" entry is a plus (not so much for your credit score per se, but it informs potential creditors that your not a complete dead-beat )

Yes, you are splitting hair's, there is no need to dispute that entry.

It is much better for it to say never late. Techically, if you were late on the accounts before you filed, they could list it as having late payments. That would make your score worse.
