Can I add being sued to my bankruptcy after I filed?

I just found out that I am being sued for an accident (a simple fender bender) that happened while I was at work ... I filed bankruptcy in January it was approved, but the final bankruptcy won't clear until April ...can I add this to the bankruptcy?

Assuming your BK has not been discharged, yes, you can amend your petition to add this claim. It will cost you a $26 filing fee because you are adding a creditor.
