Help With Transunion!!!!

I have a positive trade line reporting on Transuion has having a balance. This was an auto loan that was paid off over six months ago and was always paid on time. The account is reading positive other than the fact it is still showing a balance. The other CRA are reporting correctly on this account. I want to make sure that is reads paid off and a zero balance. My fear is that Transunion might delete this positive account. How should I word the dispute with Transunion so they don't end up deleting this positive trade line?
