I filed for bankruptcy in December 2004. I had my 341 meeting on January 18.

I was told the credit card companies have until March 23 to dispute everything.

When will I find out if I am discharged? Should it be a week or so after the March 23 or is it a lot longer?

Finally debt free. Chapter 7 is wonderful. A fresh new start.

You will get the discharge in the mail. However, sometimes the BK clerk is slow.
