I found out today that we will get our discharge papers sometime next week. How do we go about updating our credit files to report discharged. Anyone that has already done this please confirm.

Pull all your credit reports and dispute everything negative. Regardless if true or not. Then go back in a month or two and do it all over again. By 3-4 times you should have everything fixed, you will usually get lucky and even some negative info that is true may disappear, and you will be credit worthy to pretty much all bk friendly lenders.Originally posted by joanmary75 View PostComment

This must feel like a ton of bricks of your shoulders. We have only made 5 of the 60 payments and I worry every moment that the trustee will come back and file a motion to dismiss as this has gone better than I expected.
