We already had our 341 meeting March 8th. We received notice of this hearing however, my husband can not get time off from work and I care for our children and do not know anyone in town to babysit. Do we have to attend this hearing even though we don't want to keep the property. We didn't object to the lender's motion, the Trustee did. I e-mailed her but she said she couldn't really give me any legal advice on the hearing.
