    Foreclosure and filing

My husband has a foreclosure on his record from 2004 and a repo from 2005. We are finally considering Ch7, will these be included or will they remain?

    Hi Bleep!

I moved your post to the Rebuilding Section as your more likely to get the answers you're looking for here.

Yep. They will stay on your Hubby's Credit Reports until they fall off. It's 7 years, I think, for Public Records.

You can try disputing the reporting.

Others here are better versed in what you might be able to try to get those sorts of Public Records removed.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007

Unfortunately, these entries will remain on the credit report after the BK.
