My Disputes are turning into a disaster...

I disputed with all 3 CRA's for lates and incorrect reporting.Well their all coming back reporting worse than they initially were in the first place!
Quite a few have come back: Bad Debt,Charged Off and gives balance and high balance of the account.
Oh brother.I don't know what to do except re-dispute all these items again.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.What am I doing wrong?

BK'd Betty,I disputed all 'lates' and one 'duplicate' entry.That's it.And now there coming back not even saying included in Bankruptcy.That does not make sense to me.I just disputed the lates after the date I had filed BK.
I'm looking at these credit reports thru True Credit.So maybe I should just go to their own websites and pull my credit reports individually.
Then I can get a more accurate look at whats going on.I'm going to wait a few more weeks though and see if this problem just works it's self out.
It's just frustrating.

My best advice would be not to worry about the history (lates, etc) as I would be that making sure the reports have included all your accounts in bankrutpcy.

When you dispute again, dispute all accounts not notated as IIB. Make sure your dispute is "this account balance should be ZERO and INCLUDED IN MY CHAPTER7".

On each of my accounts that I needed to dispute because they weren't included in BK, they also showed lates after the filing date.

Once I disputed that they were IIB - they came back as IIB and usually once the CRA does the IIB - they delete the payment history anyway. This is how each of mine went except one card - and finally after round 3, even that one now says IIB and no payment history showing (prior it was saying 120 days and balance owed).

Try that next time - just "this account s/b IIB & 0 balance.
