Question about confirmation

Our 13 confirmation hearing was held yesterday. The docket report says:

Docket Text: Hearing Held (related document(s)[17]). Plan Confirmed as modified on the Record.

Now, we did not modify our plan, so I am a little confused. The trustee did make an objection, which they withdrew, paperwork error on their end. I have a call into our attorney, but he is in court all day today.

Anyway, any ideas what this means??

Why not just download a copy of the Confirmed Plan, any modification would be written there.

Duh - didn't even think of that. I just went to pacer and it only shows our original 13 plan, no modifications. I am going to go with no news is good news!!

Now that I re-read you post, the modification may not be written on the plan since the PACER text say, "Plan Confirmed as modified on the Record", whatever change was made, was probably done verbally. I doubt it will be anything significant.

I hope it was nothing too significant. I would hate to think that our lawyer made some promise without contacting us :0)
