CC payment

A few months before I filed for BK, I had set up payment arrangements with one of my CC companies and was making payments up until about a month prior to filing. My lawyer knows this and didn't make an issue of it. I keep hearing and reading about not making any payments for 90 days. Could this be a problem?

When I filed bankruptcy in December I had one of my credit cards that I was making a direct monthly payment to. I had two more set-up to come automatically out of my checking account. I tried calling to cancel them and the CC company would not let me. I just let them take the payment. I have since had my discharge and nothing was said or done about it.
