Has anyone gone to a depostion for Chapter 7? Most of you know of my situation so I won't repeat it for the 1,000,000 time but we are suppose to go in front of the trustee for a deposition. Just want to know what to expect. :cry:

Also, we are still in the never ending process of Chapter 7, and we owe $$$ for taxes. We will have to take a loan out with the IRS. Does anyone know what happens as far as expenses go? Can it be included in our monthly expenses since it will take over a year to pay it?:cry: :cry: :cry:

I would think you would be able to include owing the govt as part of your expenses, afterall govt debts are not longer dischargeable (ie: student loans). BUT I have heard of people being able to discharge their debts with the IRS, depending on circumstances, do you have a lawyer yet?
