Hummingbird Fin Mgmt cert
I had my certificate of completion of the Financial Mgmt course faxed to my Atty and he wants me to sign the application for the certificate before he submits the thing to the BK court.
Did anyone else file the actual application for the certificate WITH the Financial Mgmt Certificate with the court?
I just don't see why that goes to the court. To me, it seems that application with signature should go to Hummingbird as it did with the Credit Counseling.
In fact, do I even need to sign and return the application to Hummingbird since I received the certificate already?
