i have not filed yet... but i am thinking about it. I am in debt way over my head and can't seem to get out...I have tried to settle accounts (all credit cards) but could never make the payments. I have heard soo many aweful things about Bk, but really what am i dealing with? What does it effect long term? Car leases? Apt rentals? Please let me know...
