    I am in SERIOUS TROUBLE

I left a 4K debt off my BK what to do?!??!

I know its been stated billion of times but I dont know how I overlooked it?!?!

I put both CA's that came after me for the debt which are Midland and ManBracken but forgot to list MBNA so what should I do?!?!?

Am I stuck with paying for it?!?!

I am trying to clean up credit report and I disputed and CA's fell off but ORIGINAL CREDITOR MBNA which is now Bank of America are verifying I still owe THEM

If you are no asset, then send BOA a copy of discharge order. No need to worry. They are professional. It is simply a matter of paperwork. Be cooperative. You are homefree. No need to worry. No need to be 'in your face' neither.

It looks like your case is a no asset case by the timeline in your signature. What you need to do next depends on your local court. A lot of courts consider unlisted debts in Chapter 7 no asset cases already discharged by the discharge order. (If your creditor is really picky, you can file a motion to reopen in these districts, and you'll be given an order saying that it was denied because their claim was already discharged...) Some courts require you to reopen the case and to list them before they will consider them discharged.

But of course, there's no reason to be worried here. You clearly intended to list the debt properly and just happened to believe that MBNA had completely sold their interest in it away...you have no reason to worry.

Yup. Just send them a copy of your discharge letter. It will clearly order ALL debts to be discharged.
