      That a CH13 can be filed 2 years after a CH13. ?

        Per bk reform, another Chapter 13 can be filed 2 years after a discharged 13.

            The clock starts ticking on the date of discharge in the previous Chapter 13. Make that time 2 years and a day (after the date of discharge), as well, just to be safe.
