Anybody know how hard they are on people whose income came patly from ebay?

I am not great at keeping books ut have a pretty good idea i lost money last year. Worried about the questions they might ask in 341 meeting?

They will want tax returns.

If you're claiming income from eBay for your Bankruptcy, I hope you file a Schedule C every year with the IRS. Otherwise, you may end up owing money to the IRS, if you made money.

ok thanks, I had a loss last year on ebay it is doing better this year so , do they go by last years income or this year?

They will go by your last 6 months income, so if I were you, I'd get a simple program or set up a spread sheet, showing sales/expenses for the last 6 months from ebay. That's what my attorney did. Although I use a $500 program to keep all my stuff straight, all I had to do was push a few buttons and voila, reports were faxed to her within 5 minutes after she asked for them.
