    Some help, PLEASE!!!!

I recently received a discharge from my ch. 7 filing a month ago. I am trying to correct all information on credit reports that I received today. The only problem is that I have no idea where to start. I assume my first step would be to contact the credit reporting agencies?? I just have no idea what the first step would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your first step is to obtain all 3 of your credit reports from equifax, experian and transunion. Start by disputing every single piece of negative information as 'not yours'.

Just curious as I will be doing this soon myself. Do you find it works best to dispute all negatives as "not mine" at one time, or maybe try with several of the worst items first and then a month or 2 later dispute a few more etc.?

It is recommended that you first dispute all derogatory items as 'not mine'. Some may disappear without a hitch, further improving your credit scores. Then the remaining ones, you go back and dispute them with valid reasons.
