    credit card collection abuse?



    they called my building's security desk to leave me a message. what if she leaked information to the security guard?

    They wouldn't. They will only leave a msg telling you to contact them at xyz number.

      Retain a lawyer and you can direct the calls where you want them to.
      It sounds like you're playing hard to get, they're just shaking the bushes to try to get you to fall out.

      Don't be surprised if they play tough guy next. They'll do whatever they can to get you to pay any last pennies before you discharge them.

        Hey, I like that Since the OP doesn't have an attorney and it is a primary creditor making the calls and not a third party collection agency I guess there isn't much he can do..
