Help! I just noticed on pacer.....

Our 341 was Monday. I checked pacer and noticed on our docket the tustee & judge ordered a motion for our case to remain open and stay to remain open as set forth, directiong turn-over of secured propery.... We had a very long 341...about an hour! We are filling because of a failed business. It includes our house and we did have a few assets listed in the BK.

The trustee asked for documentation for a few items and we worked this week to provide them.

Maybe I'm just over reacting. I'm such a mental mess over this BK!

What secured asset are they requesting be turned over, and is this really a surprise to you.

I guess I took a dumb pill today. Does "remain open" mean longer than usual 60 days or is this their normal wording.

I am so worried about the 341 meeting. We were asked so many more questions than anyone else. She put us last and we even ran out of time before the next trustee was suppose to start. Honestly, we were drilled for an hour.

Our assets are the house, a few personal belongs, and some uncollectable judgments my husband's business had. We had to provide documents on the judgments.
