MY HUSBAND AND I ENTERED A CHAPTER 13 IN APRIL OF 2006,SO NOW IT IS ONE YEAR OLD ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE ON TIME,BUT NOW THEY WANT OUR PAYMENT TO BE RAISED BY 30.00AMONTH,AND THEY WANTED HALF OF OUR TAXES,WHICH WE OWED INSTEAD OF GETTING BACK FROM THE STATE.WE ONLY OWE LIKE 22,000 MORE AND WE WERE THINKING ABOUT REFI-ING OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE,BUT HERE'STHE THING,OUR HOME WAS A MANFACTURED,THE STEEL BEAMS WERE REMOVED AND THE HOME WAS TITLED TO THE LAND AND PLACED IN A CEMENT SLAB,AND AXLES WERE TAKEN OFF,THE HOME IS CONSIDERED A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTS,HOW DO WE FIND SOMEONE TO REFI US?AND IS IT A GOOD THING TO DO?(REFI)AND HOW DO WE GET THE BANK TO REPORT THESE PAYMENTS AS ON TIME?NOT ONE MONTH HAS BEEN MISSED EVERYTHING COMES OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT,SO WHY WON'T THE CREDITORS DO THEIR PART AND REPORT IT SO WE CAN START REBULIDING OUR CREDIT,THEY SAY IF YOUR MORTG.IS ON TIME YOUR CREDIT DOES GO UP,BUT HOW IF THEY ARE NOT REPORTING?DO WE GO BACK TO COURT?AND ONE MORE THING,PLEASE,BY THE TIME THIS IS PAID OFF WE WILL OF PAID IT OVER 2 TIMES,NOW WE ONLY OWE 22,00 AND THEY TAKE 1,900 A MONTH,AND SO FAR THIS YEAR WE'VEPAID 7,000,NOW WERE LOOKING AT THE 22,00 WILL BE PAID OFF BY THE END OF THIS YEAR,ALL THAT MONEY GOES DIRECTLY TO THE TRUSTEE,SO WILL OUR CASE BE OVER WHEN THAT 22,000 IS PAID OFF?
