    national data center question

I've been checking Pacer while I am in process of getting through objections and waiting on confirmation. National Data Center has my case listed however there are from what I can see, numerous errors. Secured debts listed as Unsecured. A claim from a settlement company that represents 2 of my MBNA accounts also is listed for a Secured Claim paying interest. On Pacer, there is no claim for that amount at all from anyone. It is the same amount that I owe Sears but there has been no claim yet. It also says my base plan is $21,600 (should be $93,600) Apparently they took the WEEKLY payment and entered it as a MONTHLY payment.

I'm not familier with how this site works, will they fix all this after confirmation or ?? I have an email into my attorney asking, but it takes them a long time to respond, if ever.

    Anyone have experience with this?

While your going through the confirmation process, NDC isn't that reliable as far as who gets what / etc. Shortly after the time allowed for filing claims, your trustee will send you a letter showing all the claims / secured / unsecured/ and at that time you can either agree to not agree. One thing for sure, do not agree to secured debt which is unsecured debt. Sounds like ECAT's (I assume it is those folks as they also bought my debt) is trying to pull one over on the trustee.
