When can I start my savings account?

My C7 was filed 04/25, my 341 is on 05/21. Can I open a savings account now, should I wait for 341, or wait for discharge? I'm going to open a new account at one of the online direct savings banks, probably at igobanking.com. I'm going to start with $60 or $70 and add $40 per month.

It's easier to get a new account BEFORE you file but could be part of the BK Estate. I would wait until AFTER the 341. Check out EMIGRANT.COM it only takes a dollar to open up and account and right now its at 5.05% interest!
