Yes. You can include phone, utilities, doctors, anything in BK.
Be aware tho,............... If you include a Land Line phone provider, you may have to pay a hefty Security Deposit to reestablish service in your name.
Cell phone providers may not take you back as a customer for a "Contract Service Plan".
The Cable company may not allow you to have an acct in your name ever again. We know someone in that situation. He filed BK and included his outstanding Cable bill. Now, the only way he can get service with his Cable Company is to have the acct/bill in his daughter's name.
