How do I get a past judgement vacated?...
I live in Florida and I am about to file chapter 7 bankruptcy pro-se before the new law goes into effect. I have a judgement against me from a mortgage foreclosure back in 2002. Can anyone direct me to a link where I can learn how to get this judgement vacated myself? If anybody can help me out I would be very thankful.
