I've been cleaning up my credit report following my discharge and am having some trouble with Navy federal on my transunion report. For some reason on my filing papers I only listed the first 12 numbers of the 16 digit credit card number for my NFCU visa. They (Navy Federal) have updated experian and equifax to show the bankruptcy but not transunion as of yet. In addition a credit alert came in today saying they reported the card as currently past due on experian even though they updated it last week to show it was discharged!
Could this potentionally be a problem for me?
