worse than bankruptcy: no bankruptcy

I thought that us filing bankruptcy was the worst thing that could happen to us financially. I am wrong. Worse than that, is NOT being able to file. If trustee won't confirm our case at what we can pay... we can't file. So we would be stuck in limbo for who knows how long open to collections, lawsuits, garnishments,etc. If wages get garnished, our income would be greatly less than what this proposed plan payment leaves us.
I should be hearing something hopefully tommorrow or Wed because court is Thursday. Praying for good news that trustee will confirm. I'll keep you guys posted. :unsure:

Sorry if I keep posting...but I'm stuck in limbo land this weekend and I should be out having a good time with family. This stuff seems to consume me and snuff out everything else...which makes me mad and guilty!

No problem, Dovette!! Vent as you need to. We all understand your frustration. And sometimes, even your own family has heard enough. Been there done that with Hubby myself.
