help. what do i do if i missed half of my payment under chapter 13 (new laws). can i make a loan on my 401k, w/c i do have 2 loans and planning to pay off 1 and to re-loan for a bigger amount to get caught on my half missed payment? what seems to be the consequences on the trustee, or should i just call my lawyer and notify him about my plan? t.y.

Call your lawyer right now and explain what happened, so they can contact the trustee. And sorry, but you better have a darned good reason for missing a trustee payment. Also, you can't make the 401k loan without permission of the trustee. What caused you to get behind?Originally posted by pugo1221 View Post
