I am getting close to the end of my chapter 13. And I am wondering what is involved with the final audit, how long does it typically take, and am I required to attend court? Thanks.

The Trustee' office performs the Final Audit. All you have to do is wait.
The Trustee may hire an accountant to perform the Audit. Basically, the Audit accounts for all monies paid into the Plan and all monies paid out.
From others that have posted on the Forum,.......... You're probably looking at about 2 months. Give or take.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

My payments have always been taken from my paycheck and sent to the trustee by my employer. My mortgage is included in my plan, it is not behind and kept current by the trustee. If they continue to take my paycheck, I sure hope they continue to keep my mortgage current. That is the one thing I am concerned about.
