I have been considering bankruptcy for a while.I am just having trouble getting the money together to pay my lawyer he only wants 1200 and that will cover everything(going to the meeting and filing etc.)I have nobody that could loan me the money.I have about 23000 in debt and I only work part time making $8 an hour.Is it possible to get a loan somewhere.

With that sort of debt load and low income, it's doubtful.
BK won't solve your problem. You need to take steps to increase your income. Were I you, I'd get another pt job and dedicate the earnings to legal fees.
