I filed the certificate that cccs gave me when we completed the financial mgmt course do I also have to file form 23 or is it a either or type thing because according to pacer I viewed a couple of discharged and closed cases that share the same trustee and they also filed only the certificate probally a stupid question but I just want to be clear and dont want to do anything wrong

Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out. -
I sent both to the BK Clerk just to be on the safe side. -
Form 23 is a one-page form which carries your declaration and signature that you did indeed take the course. I would file form 23, because it is required by the new law. You should be able to find form 23 on your state's bankruptcy court website. The law specifically requires that form 23 be filed along with the certificate.Comment

Our lawyer filed form 23 with our signatures and a copy of both mine and my hubby's certificate. You court may be different, but it might be best to go with both (use a copy of your cert. or keep a copy for yourself) to be on the safe side."Try to save money.
