What is BK Rule 2002 (g)

Just curious... I saw a notice on Pacer last night that one of my creditors had filed a BK rule 2002 (g) letter.

I pulled up some info on Cornell Univ law site, but it's written in legaleze so I can't make head or tails out of it.

    Should I be concerned?

Thanks as always for the good advice!

As I read it and understood it,..........

Basically, that Creditor filed to Designate a Contact Address with the Court. It's the address that Creditor wants/prefers to be contacted at regarding Notices in your BK.

Possibly the Creditor did not have a Designated Address on file with the Court. Or, could be, your 1st Notice was sent to the wrong address.

Sounds like it's really no big deal either way.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007
