341 meeting on April 25, 2007

    341 meeting on April 25, 2007

    On my pacer report it says no asset case, AWCLOSING. Does this mean that it will be discharged and closed on the same day.My 60 days are up June 25th. I filed in the Western District of North Carolina..Any thoughts on this is greatly appreciated.

    It takes usually 60 days for the objections to come in. once 60 days passes from the 341 meeting. You usually get your discharge and case closed the same day if its a chapter 7 no asset case.

      Ok cool.Yes the trustee has it posted No Asset Case...I can't wait for the 25th..
