If you are in an accident after filing date and the insurance company is ready to settle and pay for the loss plus medical expenses is this somthing that the trustee is to know about is it exempt?

Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out. -
If accident happened AFTER you filed for BK, then no, you do not need to inform the trustee.
