I know EXACTLY how you feel. We retained and fully paid for our attorney in February, the first week to be exact. We didn't get our petition filed until June 4th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about being anxious to get the show on the road, but if FINALLY happened. Who did you hire? We used legalhelpers.com. While they're sloooooooow, they're very thorough. A lot of the stuff I've heard people say their Trustees asked for to have on hand for the 341 our Attorney has been having us give them all along every month.
