i just got off the phone with the trustee's office. it's not been confirmed yet, almost though. I guess every district does things differently , don't know.
there were no objections from creditors, no objections from trustee, that's why no hearing.
before it can be confirmed though because of the new bankruptcy law. whatever I am paying outside of the plan, the secured's.....meaning they want proof of 1st and 2nd mortgage payments being paid (they are not in my plan), my student loan is not in my plan so they want proof it's been paid, and my home owner association dues, they want proof that's been paid. from the time i filed in dec until present. my quarterly payment i make to the irs (which i have been makiing) proof that has been paid.
the car loan is in the plan so i have not made any payments on that since i filed.
anyone else have to do this before they were confirmed
