Please note problem under "HELP-CHAPTER 7-BUYER BEWARE
Is judge supposed to be impartial to all parties involved, considering all things disclosed by trustee and clients lawyer? Does the trustee WORK FOR THE JUDGE or is he just appointed by the judge to find facts. Can Trustee record documents at the courthouse to BENEFIT his creditors without the judges approval?Minny

The trustee is supposed to be a neutral figure to all parties. And simply complies with the personal BK laws. Sometimes, the law may or may not work in your favor.Originally posted by MinnymouthPlease note problem under "HELP-CHAPTER 7-BUYER BEWARE

You'll have to have your attorney file a motion to have your BK admended/appealed. But doing so will cost additional monies and time.
Good Luck!
