    Are utilities considered creditors?
    Do I need to list my cell phone & internet provider as being my creditors?
    I know that I need to list them in my expenses, but not sure if I need to add them to list of creditors.

    I don't believe they are considered creditors unless you have an outstanding balance due to them that you want to be discharged. Someone chime in here if I am mistaken.
    11/14/07 -filed C7 12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend. 04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!!

      I only added the ones I owed money to.. that will discharge the debt. Dont include the ones you are current with..

        Only list them as creditors if you have a "past due" balance.
