    Only the creditors meeting??

I received the letter from the BK court with my 341 Creditor's meeting scheduled. For some odd reason, I thought there would be another meeting with my trustee before the 341 meeting. So, I won't be meeting with him beforehand?

    Thanks

If you filed a chapter 7, then the only time you should see the trustee would be at the 341 meeting.

Your Trustee will me mailing you a letter with instructions. Be sure to follow them closely. I found that making a checklist I could follow very helpful.

The only meeting you will have in Chapter 7 with the Trustee is the 341 meeting...... everything else will be discussed between your lawyer and the trustee - UNLESS you are filing pro se.... then you speak one to one to the Trustee yourself...

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
