We are 14 months into our chapter 13 and we have a lease truck that comes up in Dec. I was wondering what are our chances they will refinance us ? We are current in our payments , it's thru Chrysler Financial.
We just had to borrow 2,000 from my father in law so we could get a second car , so I just hate the thought of losing this one and having to come up with another 2,000 for another used vehicle. I know we will have to pay our lawyer 250.00 to talk to Chrysler for us to see if they will extend our contract or basically set it up for us to now buy it.
We tried since last Nov to find someone to sell us a vehicle but you have to be discharged before anyone will touch you. We went to so many "we finance everyone" that it was just rediculous.
