My Attny made an error and is trying to correct a situation that she caused including a credit card with Orchard Bank that I SPECIFICALLY specified that I was paying on time and paying off a balance, that it was a card with collateral. I let her know that she was costing me dearly, she is fixing the situation electronically but doesn't change it with Orchard Bank. I am looking for a good alternative that someone has experience with. Thanks to return to sender mail and being made homeless my credit rating went for very good to 520. My chapter 13 was process last week, with a creditor meeting tenatively August 24th. My attourney has a conflict so this could be moved out but I will be starting my payments next paycheck.
