it's on schedule Statement of Financial Affairs...section 4 - "Suits and administrative proceedings, executions, garnishments and attachments".
(begins on bottom of page 3 and continues onto page 4).
But you would also list those debts on Schedule F without including their lawyers info - just the creditors name/address, etc.None

Ms. Marks, you may want to download the NOLO book, we don't want you to make a simple mistake. I did not trust myself so I hired a paralegal. My nerves were just too bad in the beginning to handle the paperwork but to tell the truth it wasn't all that difficult now that I have calmed down, anyone can do it.Success is reachable, stretch out your arm and grab it.

Ms. Marks here is a copy of the Statement of Financial Affairs form you. It's a .pdf format so you will need Adobe to read it. Line 4a is where you would list any judgements or proceedings currently going on. Hopefully that helps you out a little bit. That form is referred to as form 7, it's the one following the schedules A- J and the debtors declaration of schedules."Try to save money. Someday it may be valuable again." - Anonymous
