Hi I have been reading this forum for a while and have some questions
I live in Michigan and will probably be forced into filing bankruptcy, chapter 7?
I have about 50000 in cc debt and a home that shows only a little equity. Do they reguire an appraisol? Or do they use the SEV? What about a leased vehicle? I had a business that went under the end of last year and then my basement flooded in January. I got some insurance money for repairs but nowhere near enough. I have taken cash advances to keep up all of my payments, the last one within the last couple of months. I am starting a new sales career and hope to start making money soon. It is commision sales so I have expenses. The other problem I have is I leased this vehicle for 2 years with 24000 miles. I know I will go way over with this new job and am afraid after filing I won't be able to get a new loan if I need one. I absolutley have to have anice vehicle to transport people around in. Should I go and buy a new car before filing? Thanks for your help!
