    Debit card?

Our attorny advised us not to use any credit cards. I have a Visa check card that pulls directly from my checking account. If I go over what is in my checking it goes to my line of credit. I also have the ATM debit card which basicly works the same way except that I need a pin. Would it be ok to use the Visa check card as long as I didn't go into the line of credit? I'm assuming that it would be ok to use the ATM debit card.

Yes, you can use your debit card. You are not borrowing money from a company. So there is no debt incurred. Just be absolutely sure not to dip into your line of credit.
