Today is Confirmation, but

yesterday when I checked Pacer this was the last document filed
"The trustee advises that the plan complies with 11 U.S.C. 1325, and recommends that the plan be confirmed without a hearing.", so I called my attorney & they said that I did not need to appear for confirmation, so does that make me automatically confirmed?

Pretty much, yes. If the trustee recommends confirmation, then that pretty much seals the deal for you, congrats.
