Thanks everyone for all the help and answers you gave to all my questions. My confirmation was yesterday we did not need to appear as the trustee recommended it to be confirmed without hearing, spoke to paralegal this morning & she stated everything went fine. But I have one more question I have a car that I am surrendering (its old & broken) that I had a made a small loan on & the paralegal told me I can contact them at anytime & request they pick it up, just wondering if this is ok as they haven't even filed a claim yet.
