Now the trustee said if we came into some money within 6 months after the discharge we have to notify him. But what if we come into some money that 7th month? My husband is expecting a big bonus in December and that will be right after the 6th month.

I suppose it will depend on the size of the bonus, but generally, that is income earned from working, so it probably won't count and it is beyond the 6 month time fram.
What they are looking for is inheritence, lottery, insurance proceeds, etc. -
Last year he got one also and it was $6000. This is year is suppose to be around the same. If they want to see our 2005 tax returns next year will this bonus flag anything? Because if it will his boss will hold his bonus till our one year mark is done.Comment
